Fabregas was working for BT Sport as a pundit for the Europa League final
Fabregas watched two managers, Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, depart during his Chelsea career – and neither left quietly.Meanwhile, doubts surround the future of Maurizio Sarri, despite the Blues’ finishing third in the Premier League and reaching two finals – of the Carabao Cup and the Europa League.Ahead of the showdown with Arsenal, Fabregas told BT Sport: “All these years I spent at Chelsea, sometimes theres such a negativity surrounding the club for so many things. “Mourinho leaves the club with a fight, Conte leaves the club and they go to court, now Sarri.“The club doesnt come out and tell things the way they are so the fans think whatever they want to think. They dont have enough information.“Someone should just come out every now and then, otherwise theres so many question marks around the club – and the press just talk and talk and talk.“It brings negativity and it should always be positivity around the club.“For example, tonight were talking about negative things when theyre in a European final.“We should be talking about what an excellent season theyre having, qualifying for the Champions League and playing two finals.“Something needs to change.”
