Eriksen is certainly happy at Tottenham but there's seems to be a feeling that he would consider a new challenge and culture at either Real Madrid or Barcelona. However, if those doors are not open then there's also every indication that he could sign a new deal if he feels Spurs are going to move forward next season at their new stadium.
