But Anderton isn’t so sure, claiming he doesn’t see Jurgen Klopp’s side as a better team than Spurs despite the 15-point difference between the two in the league.Anderton, speaking exclusively to 888sport, said: “At times Liverpools forwards are unstoppable.“But unfortunately for them theyve had a little wobble, drawing games they were expected to win and Mohamed Salah is not quite at the level he was before.“Sadio Mane though has been on fire these past few weeks and hes the one who has kept them going. Roberto Firmino meanwhile is under-rated and so unselfish in his play.3

Anderton believes Liverpool are not as much of an attacking threat as they were earlier this season

“When I look at Liverpool I dont see them being a better team than Spurs to be honest but theyve done the business and got the points.“Theyre the ones who are still up there.”Liverpool beat Spurs 2-1 at Wembley when they last met and although the north London club were very close to getting a point out of the game, the Reds were much the better team.But Anderton suggested Liverpool’s standard has dropped since the Premier League clash in September.3
