Eden Hazard has revealed he is still tired from the World Cup after playing the full 90 minutes in Chelseas 0-0 draw with Everton.The Belgian winger was starting his first Premier League game since a minor back injury and Maurizio Sarri was originally not sure whether his star man would last the whole game.But Hazards services were required until the end and, although he went close for the Blues, he ultimately couldnt add to his seven league goals this season.2

Hazard could not find the breakthrough against Everton

The 27-year-old has been in majestic form off the back of a sensational World Cup – his exploits earned him the Silver Ball in Russia as Belgium finished third.And when asked if the summer tournament had any lasting effects on his freshness, Hazard said: Believe me, I am tired!But I think Im in good condition to play.Last year I got an injury with my ankle for three months. So thats why Im fresh now.And when you are happy on the pitch you can try some things. Im just enjoying myself.2

Hazard played in the final weekend of the World Cup

The forwards future has dominated the headlines in recent months after he admitted he still dreams about moving to Real Madrid.However, speaking exclusively to talkSPORT, Hazard insists he has always been happy at Stamford Bridge.He added: For the last seven years with Chelsea, I have always enjoyed myself.When I am on the pitch I try to give happiness, first to me and then to the fans who are watching the game.At the moment, we are doing well and thats why I am doing well. So I am happy to play at the moment. Chelsea boss Sarri stretched his remarkable unbeaten run in English football to 12 league games with the stalemate against Everton on Sunday.But Hazard says they are not interested in staying unbeaten, they only want to keep pace at the top of the table.To draw games is not so good, he continued.At the moment, we are winning more than we are drawing.We dont want to think about that [staying unbeaten], we just need to think about staying at the top, so at the end of the season we want to win something.

The easiest way to calm things would be to get rid of Pardeux and bring in (for once) a decent manager, one who understands the modern game, someone like Rodgers, or Matinez, even Steve Clarke who IMO was given a raw deal, but who could be ideal for this side.
