Several Premier League managers say they would take their teams off the pitch if players were subjected to the same racist behaviour that England stars suffered in Montenegro on Monday.Raheem Sterling, Danny Rose and Callum Hudson-Odoi were subjected to racist abuse during England’s Euro 2020 qualifier against Montenegro in Podgorica.3

Man City winger Sterling responded to monkey chants from the Montenegro fans by pulling his ears out when he scored England’s fifth goal during the 5-1 victory, and Guardiola was asked whether players could walk off the pitch in protest.He replied: “We could do that.
