The easiest way to calm things would be to get rid of Pardeux and bring in (for once) a decent manager, one who understands the modern game, someone like Rodgers, or Matinez, even Steve Clarke who IMO was given a raw deal, but who could be ideal for this side. Plus earn Ashley a lotta points from a majority of the fans.
